Nintendo ha pubblicato i risultati finanziari del secondo trimestre 2024 (1° luglio 2023 - 30 settembre 2023). Continua la crescita rispetto lo stesso periodo dello scorso anno, anche se le percentuali di guadagno sono praticamente dimezzate rispetto a quanto ottenuto nel primo trimestre 2024. Ecco un riepilogo dei principali dati relativi ai primi sei mesi dell'anno fiscale 2024. - Entrate d'esercizio per 796,237 miliardi di yen (+21,2% rispetto al secondo trimestre 2023).
- Margine operativo netto di 279,910 miliardi di yen (+27%)
- Risultato ordinario di 380,007 miliardi di yen (+17,8%)
- Utile netto di 271,298 miliardi di yen (+17,7%)
- Vendite digitali: 217,5 miliardi di yen (+15,8%)
- Vendite su smart device: 55 miliardi di yen (+133,3%)
Esaminiamo ora i dati relativi alle vendite hardware di Switch nei primi sei mesi dell'anno fiscale 2024. - 6,84 milioni di console (un anno fa 6,68 milioni), di cui
- 4,69 milioni Switch modello OLED (un anno fa 3,59 milioni)
- 1,25 milioni Switch (un anno fa 2,23 milioni)
- 900.000 Switch Lite (un anno fa 920.000)
- 97,08 milioni di software (un anno fa 95,41 milioni).
- Dal lancio (3 marzo 2017) sono state vendute 132,46 milioni di console (di cui 19,71 milioni sono Switch modello OLED e 21,92 milioni sono Switch Lite) e 1,133 miliardi di software.
Piccolo ritocco alle previsioni di vendita per l'intero anno fiscale: sempre 15 milioni di console Switch, ma +5 milioni di copie software (da 180 a 185 milioni). Infine la top10 delle vendite software.
