Beh, per esempio in Italia (ma leggendo in giro la situazione non era troppo diversa nemmeno in Inghilterra) senza averlo prenotato, è cominciato ad essere facilmente (?) reperibile solo da fine Luglio... Quasi un mese dopo il day-one.

Partenza mostruosa per l'ultimo Dragon Quest che sfiora i due milioni e centomila pezzi tra xDS e PS4.
Non ricordo più quando un gioco ha venduto più di un milione di copie al lancio e la versione xDS a superato il platino di quasi 150 mila copie.
La versione PS4 ha invece "mancato" il platino per meno di 50 mila copie.

Per fare un confronto con il globale software annuale vi basti sapere che il soli due giorni DQ XI ha venduto oltre un settimo di quanto avevano fatti tutti gli altri giochi in classifica dall'inizio dell'anno alla scorsa settimana.

Entrambe le versioni erano disponibili anche in bundle con le console e questo ha fatto si che Switch sia tornato nuovamente dietro ad entrambe nonostante sia poco sotto i 90 mila pezzi, che è il miglior dato dopo quello del lancio e della passata classifica.

Sono stati infatti vendute ben 142mila 600 console della "famiglia" xDS (ben111mila sono i nuovi 2DS XL) e 93mila e rotte le PS4 (le PRO sono poco meno di 11 mila)

Nintendo ha mancato un'opportunità quasi irripetibile per la switch, un bundle con monster hunter avrebbe dato un altro boost alla console mica male.
Ma almeno lo ha fatto con la famiglia xDS...

Podio confermato in pieno nella classifica software con le due migliori novità subito dietro.
...ma il totale è veramente così "preciso" ...oppure è "buttato" lì a caso?

Podio rimescolato invece nella classifica hardware con Switch che si riprende la testa dopo una sola settimana con un distacco di poco più di 1000 console rispetto alla famiglia XDS e di poco più di 9 mila rispetto a PS4.

Anche se il merito va quasi esclusivamente a DQXI, fa piacere osservare per una volta che il complessivo software rispetto all'anno precedente è finalmente in positivo.

Certo, se poi si va a vedere "cosa" è uscito in questi primi otto mesi del 2017 (e se ci si ricorda che almeno un milioncino è stato levato dal computo del 2016... Anche se non so se la discrepanza del conteggio delle prime due settimane si è ripetuta anche in questo Gennaio), l'entusiasmo un po' si smorza.

Ma facciamo finta di nulla e gioiamo lo stesso, ben ricordandoci che i numeri di una volta son ormai irragiungibili.

In UK, nel mentre, è primo anche per 'sta settimana, fanno quindi 2 mesi di fila, c'è da capire se Uncharterd 4.5 riuscirà a spodestarlo almeno per 7gg.

Crash all'epoca è stata la prima IP estera a venire apprezzata anche in Giappone... Ma non mitiziamo il ricordo: nemmeno all'epoca è stato così popolare come in Occidente.

Ripeto: considerando TUTTO (affetto contenuto rispetto ai Gaijin, protezionismo calante ma lontano dall'essere estinto, la natura stessa del progetto, l'inverse import, la presenza in classifica di titoloni perfetti per i loro gusti... Ad esempio), le 30k non sono un risultato disonorevole, tutt'altro.

È vero, anche nel mio primo post avevo ricordato la sfortuna di essere uscito assieme a dei colossi.

Beh, su portatile di esclusivo è uscito solo il nono capitolo (Ds, gli altri son remake/porting di titoli che avevano già riscosso successo nelle precedenti iterazioni)... e Dragon Quest ha SEMPRE e OVUNQUE venduto tantissimo proprio perchè è una serie che a loro piace molto, a prescindere dalle piattaforme su cui è uscita (che poi esca sempre sulle piattaforme che gli possono garantire la maggior base installata possibile è uno dei fattori del circolo virtuoso).

Per cui il "da che mondo è mondo" è un tantinello esagerato...

Prime 4 posizioni della classifica software confermate ma con il vecchio secondo che scivola indietro di due posizioni.
L'accoppiata XDS e PS4 dell'ultimo Dragon Quest torna nelle prime due posizioni.

Subito dietro risale il bellissimo Splatoon 2 che arriva quasi a 950 mila copie (ma per qualcuno ha già superato il primo milione).

Ma i record dovuti a Splatoon 2 (disponibile anche in bundle) avranno fatto quasi esaurire le console sul mercato.

Nella classifica hardware Switch viene superato sia da PS4 che da XDS che vendono praticamente sulle stesse cifre...
...e dire che la passata settimana aveva venduto quasi più di entrambe messe insieme.

Chissà che effetto farà sulle vendite l'uscita del gioco del nostro NonCorso...

E visto che il NonCorso su Monster Hunter XX è chiuso da giorno 25...
