Chi non conosce questo gioco?



Un gruppo di abili programmatori stà lavorando a una conversione di questo ormai "vecchio" videogame!
Per mostrare il loro lavoro hanno rilasciato una versione dimostrativa, compilata con la shareware della versione "Spear of Destiny" di Wolf3D.
La versione final, naturalmente, vi permettera di compilare il file .nds con l'avventura completa di Wolf3D, e di tutti i suoi episodi realizzati successivamente!

Che dire, andate sul sito ufficiale per avere maggiori informazioni e per scaricare il demo di preview.

Keys:

Left arrow: Turn left
Right arrow: Turn right
Up arrow: Move forward
Down arrow: Move backward
L Shoulder button: Strafe left
R Shoulder button: Strafe right
A: Shoot
B: Use
X: Next weapon
Y: Run
Start: Pause
Select: Back to menu

Things to note:

- There is no status bar, that means no health, ammo, ect.. info
- No sound
- No music
- You MAY get stuck in certain menus, somewhat unlikely though
- Any highscores will show up with no name
- No saving, loading or access to any other control panels
- Some bugs may be around, PLEASE let me know about them

Ok, so what DOES work?

- Native 256×192 display for menus and in-game
- Scales to 320×200 when a larger image needs to be displayed
- Framerate has been improved to > 30fps
- Colour correction is done properly, everything looks 1000x better than the old version
- Picking up items will no longer slow the game down

Once again, PLEASE let me know of any bugs you find.

NOTE: Extract the wolf3d FOLDER into the root of your memory card, it must be in the wolf3d folder and in the root directory otherwise it won’t work!
